Your Impact

• Plan and motivate team to achieve forecasted sales goals.
• Train, coach, motivate and develop excellence in staff of associates.
• Assist in the store as a member of the management team including: store opening/closing, cash management, safe funds, registers, deposits, armored car and change orders.
• Professionally handle challenges that arise in a retail environment including loss prevention, employee relations, and providing excellent customer satisfaction
• Work with Store Manager to communicate inventory related and promotional needs.
• Work with on-hand resources and think outside the box to showcase merchandise appealingly.
  
  

What You Bring

• 1 – 3 years retail management experience supervising 15 - 25 employees
• Prior department or specialty store, jewelry or apparel merchandising experience
• Ability to lift, push and/or pull items weighing up to 40lbs or with assistance over for over 40lbs.You will be on your feet for majority of your shift.
• Working knowledge of loss prevention and inventory control
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Willing and able to use a pallet jack
