Responsibilities

• Plan, specification and one-line interpretation.
• Bill of material accuracy.
• Quote turnaround and workload management.
• Pricing, margin and vendor coordination.
• Customer and Sales coordination.
• Reading plans, specifications, panel schedules, and one-line diagrams.
• Building accurate bills of material.
• Recognizing missing information and scope gaps.
• Selecting appropriate products and substitutions.
• Obtaining manufacturer pricing and negotiating project pricing.
• Preparing accurate quotations on schedule.
• Managing revisions, addenda, and customer clarifications.
• Protecting margin while maintaining competitive pricing.
• Completing an accurate project handoff after award.
• Managing quotation workload with limited oversight.
