Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Malvern, PA, invites applicants for a role supporting the entire quote-to-booking lifecycle for Siemens medical equipment and services. You will handle proposals, contracts, and order entries, ensuring accurate ERP bookings and compliance with pricing and contract terms.

The role requires strong finance/accounting knowledge, SAP experience, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams while maintaining high accuracy under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and mentor internal and external customers.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of IFRS 15 and MEA accounting.

Responsibilities

• Complete activities from pre-booking to booking for new orders and contracts with proper documentation.
• Identify data transmission issues between CRM and ERP; resolve or escalate.
• Ensure compliance with finance, accounting, and quality policies.
• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot CRM-ERP data transmission and implement process changes.
• Prepare, review, and approve quotes; ensure pricing guidelines and contract terms.
• Validate new contracts and orders with required approvals and signatures.
