Job summary

Endries International, Inc. is seeking a driven Quote Specialist to identify, develop, and manage supplier relationships while maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer service and working capital goals.

You will obtain timely supplier quotations, maintain ERP records, and negotiate with suppliers on cost, quality, and delivery. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to support cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High sense of urgency and customer commitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn ERP systems.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
