Job summary

Sentinel Technologies, Inc. seeks a Solution Architect Specialist to manage customer-facing quotes and proposals in ConnectWise CPQ. Remote-friendly but travel to Sentinel offices is required for onsite work as needed; preferred near Tempe, AZ with other office locations nationwide.

This is an administrative role focused on quoting, not presales. Responsibilities include building quotes, importing BOMs and scope content, formatting layouts, and ensuring accuracy through the review cycle.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow structured sales, quoting, and approval processes.
• Strong typing, written communication and document formatting skills are required.
• Comfortable managing multiple quote requests and changing priorities.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must work with multiple business areas: sales, technical, operations.
• Excellent follow-up skills when inputs are incomplete.

Responsibilities

• Build and update customer quotes and proposals in ConnectWise CPQ.
• Import BOMs from Solution Architects, Account Managers, manufacturers, or distributors.
• Import scope-of-work content from Solution Architects.
• Format quote layouts based on sales direction and customer requirements.
• Edit, update, and maintain quote content through the review cycle.
• Sync completed ConnectWise CPQ quotes to NetSuite for review and processing.
• Support Account Managers with quote management tasks.
• Coordinate manufacturer and distributor quote information as needed.
• Maintain quote accuracy, version control, and process consistency.
