Job description

We are looking for a no-code solution designer/architect with a strong technical background, someone who can pick no-code platform functions in Quixy and is comfortable designing innovative solutions in the no-code space.

As a solution designer/architect, you will work with Quixy Implementation, Product, and Engineering Teams to design and implement solutions for our customers. You will coach Platform Consultants in best practices for architecture and design. You will be responsible for designing and building (with the implementation team) solutions in the Quixy Platform that provide business solutions for our customers in web and mobile environments.

What you will do:

1. Master No Code technologies in Quixy Platform combined with modern software engineering practices to design web and mobile business applications.
2. Ensure that solutions meet not only the functional objectives but also operational requirements such as scalability, security, extensibility, flexibility, and manageability.
3. Engage with all stakeholders to define and document As-Is and To-Be architecture solutions and options – across application, functional, information, and infrastructure architecture.
4. Work closely with third parties to define solution integration options with Quixy and recommendations.
5. As a Solution Design “thought leader”, provide clear direction to implementation teams with respect to design/architecture.
6. Data-driven design: make design choices based on data analysis.
7. Be creative in finding better ways to achieve the solution goals.
8. Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practices.
9. Capture and specify the design requirements to meet/exceed the customer’s specifications.
10. Perform peer reviews on deliverables.
11. Handle real-time issues that occur and troubleshoot to resolve and identify root causes.

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience in the role of application/database/solution design.
2. Previous experience in implementations of any no-code platforms is desirable.
3. Analytical thinking and experience in designing the architecture of the solution prior to configuring it.
4. Knowledge of the technical concepts you implement.
5. Good application design/development skills.
6. Strong debugging skills.
7. A quick learning ability.
8. Strong communication skills and clarity in reporting and communication.
9. Passionate about working in a fast-paced environment.
