Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an auto technician or tech school experience.
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency according to dealership standards.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regarding customer needs.

Skills

Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance

Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
• Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
