Qualifications

• Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities.
• Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Test to check systems and components are secure and working properly.
• Isolate the systems or components that might have caused the problem.
• Drive the vehicle for testing purposes and inspect fluid levels.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation, clean and lubricate fittings.
• Install a new oil drain plug and new oil filter.
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
• Repair or replace worn parts ahead of breakdown.
• Use power tools and machine tools for various tasks.

Crossroads Hyundai is offering a 4 day work week with 5 days off in a row every three weeks and 3 weeks of paid vacation after 1 year. We are looking for a Quick Lube Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong background in automotive and ASE certification or technical degree. The day-to-day duties of this role include testing check systems to ensure they are working properly, driving vehicles for test purposes, and accurately diagnosing and repairing vehicles.

• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• ASE Certification/Technical degree (preferred)
• One year in a service department
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
