Job summary

The Grease Pig in Fayetteville, AR is seeking motivated team members to join our oil change crew. You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment to deliver quick, quality car care and a great guest experience.

No prior oil change experience is required; we’ll train the right person. This full-time role offers evenings off and Sundays free, with overtime, bonuses, and commissions opportunities in a locally owned shop.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.

• Customer-first mindset.
• Quick lube experience is a plus (but we’ll train the right person!)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and start work orders for oil changes and related services.
• Vacuum floorboards, clean front & rear areas, and check basic vehicle presentation.
• Set proper tire pressure and perform a quick 17-point visual safety inspection.
• Work as part of a team to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain quality standards.

What We Do Differently

At The Grease Pig, we go beyond the standard oil change:

• Vacuum floorboards, clean front & rear windows
• Clear debris under the hood & windshield wipers
• Set proper tire pressure
• Perform a quick 17-point visual safety inspection

Team Roles You’ll Learn

• Courtesy Tech – Greet customers, start work orders, vacuum, clean glass, check tire pressure
• Hood Tech – Perform inspections, communicate findings, ensure top-notch service, perform fluid flushes, complete any services customer authorize
• Pit Tech – Work under the vehicle, service oil and filter, check for undercarriage issues, differential services
