Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking an entry-level Quick Lube Technician in Norwood, MA. The role offers $20.00–$23.00 per hour plus weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. You will perform basic maintenance and learn advanced procedures in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level technician position requiring teamwork and ability to work repetitively on tasks.
• Automotive technical school certifications preferred
• Previous automotive experience highly preferred
• Must be at least eighteen years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have basic tools
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Complete multi-point inspection forms on each vehicle
• Follow manufacturer training and management instructions
• Ensure vehicles are returned to customers in good condition
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and development
