Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Quick Lube Automotive Technician to perform basic maintenance on customer vehicles and contribute to a positive guest experience. This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and hands-on learning in a fast-paced service environment.

You will be responsible for routine maintenance tasks, participate in training programs, and grow your automotive knowledge while ensuring customers leave with reliable and well-maintained vehicles.

Qualifications

• Entry level position focused on basic vehicle maintenance and strong teamwork.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires, and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Complete the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
• Utilize manufacturer training and company guidance.
• Ensure vehicles are returned in the same or better condition.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and ongoing learning.
• Continue expanding knowledge of new technologies and practices.
