Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Quick Lube Technician in Anoka, MN 55303. The role pays $18.00–$19.00 hourly and is a full-time position. Responsibilities include performing light vehicle repairs, inspecting fluid levels, checking tires, coordinating with parts, documenting work with video and photos, and keeping the shop clean and safe.

You will interact with service advisors and team members to ensure timely, quality service while upholding dealership standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs work per repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replenish as necessary.

• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Documents all work performed with video/picture explanations for diagnosis and recommendations.
• Maintains clean vehicles and workspaces; notifies of changes in appearance or condition.
• Ensures safety and compliance with laws and dealership standards.

# Quick Lube Technician - MMAnoka, MN 55303## OverviewSalary Range$18.00 - $19.00 HourlyPosition TypeFull Time## DescriptionAs Quick Lube Technician, you are responsible to perform light duty vehicle repairs. You are to model behaviors and a culture for success including integrity, respect, drive, community, fun and pride without ego, with self-confidence, and creativity.**Job Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to:**Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.Inspect vehicle fluid levels, replenish as necessary.Check tire pressure and add air if needed.Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.Communicates with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.Documents all worked performed, provide video and picture explanation for vehicle diagnosis, and recommendations.Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to service manager.Ensures that customers’ cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.Keeps service bays and shop area clean on a daily basis.Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
