Asbury Automotive Group in Albuquerque, NM seeks an entry level Quick Lube Automotive Technician to perform basic maintenance on customer vehicles. You will work with a team to complete oil changes, tire rotations, and minor inspections, following training and company standards.

The role is hourly, with opportunities to participate in training programs and develop automotive skills for future growth in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Entry level automotive technician position with basic shop skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Automotive technical training or schooling preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).
• Basic tools and a team-oriented attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Use the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
• Follow manufacturer training and management guidance.
• Ensure vehicles are returned in good or better condition.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and programs.
• Continuously expand knowledge on new technologies.
