Qualifications

• The Quick Lube Technician is an entry level technician responsible for basic maintenance of customer vehicles.
• Requires exceptional teamwork and the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks.
• Automotive technical school certifications preferred.
• Previous experience highly preferred.
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have basic tools.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
• Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management.
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same condition or better than on intake.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs and schools.
• Continuously expand knowledge for new technologies and practice.
