Job Description

Are you passionate about repairing cars, providing exceptional guest experiences, and innovating in the automotive industry? As a Quick Lube Automotive Technician, you will make a positive impact on our customers and business daily while earning competitive pay and benefits. We seek energetic, technically skilled Quick Lube Technicians eager to help us redefine the car servicing experience.

The Quick Lube Technician is an entry-level role responsible for basic vehicle maintenance. This position requires excellent teamwork and the ability to perform repetitive, yet complex tasks. It is an hourly paid position.

Responsibilities include:

1. Perform oil changes, tire rotations, tire balancing, and battery testing.
2. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
3. Accurately complete multi-point inspection forms for each vehicle.
4. Utilize manufacturer and management-provided product and technical training.
5. Ensure vehicles are returned in the same or better condition than received.
6. Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs, and schools.
7. Continuously expand knowledge of new technologies and practices.

Qualifications:

• Automotive technical school certifications preferred.
• Previous experience highly preferred.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic tools required.
• Pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).
