Job summary

Village Pointe Toyota is seeking certified technicians to join our team in Omaha, NE. We offer a clean, temperature-controlled, and safe working environment with an air-conditioned shop and modern facilities.

Compensation is pay-structured with a flag rate commission and hourly wages based on experience, ranging from $13 to $17 per hour. We provide medical and dental, a 401K, paid time off, paid training, and numerous career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have strong communication skills.
• Must manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills required for workflow.
• Clean driving record is required for dealership duties.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
