Job summary

Prestige Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep is seeking an experienced Lube Tech to join our service team in Colorado. The candidate should have a solid automotive background, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop.

Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a manual are required, with occasional Saturdays essential. We offer training as needed, uniforms, and a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver License and be able to drive a manual transmission.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Check in vehicle using a digital tablet, perform a complete inspection and document any visual concerns.
• Drain oil and remove filter, verify vehicle specs and replacement parts.
• Reset oil change light and note other service lights.
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in servicing vehicles.
• Remove and rotate tires, repair punctured tires with patch.
• Use power/tools to perform tasks and ensure quality before delivery.

PRESTIGE DODGE CHRYSLER RAM JEEP is hiring immediately for an experienced Lube Tech!!

We are looking for a rock star Quick Lube Tech who has excellent attention to detail, consistent reliableperformance,good problem solving skills, outstanding work ethic and a solid background in automotive service.

Must have a valid Driver License, be able to drive a manual transmission, and be able to work every other Saturday.

Hours are 7am 3pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 5pm every other Saturday. Starting pay depending on experience, you do not need your own tools to start but you will have to purchase them at some point. Uniforms are provided, and training as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check in vehicle using a digital tablet, perform a complete inspection and document any visual concerns.
• Drain oil and remove filter, making sure to check vehicle specifications, and get correct oil and filter replacements.
• Reset oil change light, notate any other service lights present.
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in servicing vehicles.
• Remove and rotate tires as needed, repair puncturedtires with flat patch.
• Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks.
• Ensure all processes are followed for the duration of the vehicle service, quality check all work before customer delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to follow instructions

• Good knowledge of automobiles
• Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills
• Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
• ASE certifications preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
