$17.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Work in a team to change the oil and oil filter on vehicles
• Perform walk-around inspections on vehicles
• Conduct safety inspections on vehicles
• Measure tires, brakes, and other wear items to inform service advisors and customers
• Repair or replace worn parts proactively
• Use power tools, machine tools, and hand tools for various tasks
• Rotate tires and set tire pressures

Requirements

• Ability to identify problems quickly
• Good automotive knowledge
• Effective analytical and communication skills
• Good reading, computer, and math skills
• Ability to learn new technology and procedures
• Operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• High School Diploma or GED; technical degree preferred
• ASE certifications preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude
