Job summary

Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte is seeking motivated Quick Lube Technicians to join our service team. We welcome applicants who want to grow their automotive career and will provide training and support to help you advance.

As part of a supportive team, you will perform oil changes, inspections, and routine maintenance while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and delivering high-quality service to every customer.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or quick lube experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance services.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Check and top off fluids, inspect filters, belts, batteries, and tires.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with the service team to provide fast, high-quality service.
