Job summary

Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte is hiring a Quick Lube Technician to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance while completing multi-point inspections. You will check fluids, filters, belts, batteries, and tires, keeping the work area clean and safe, and collaborating with the service team to deliver fast, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or quick lube is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance services.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Check and top off fluids, inspect filters, belts, batteries, and tires.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with the service team to provide fast, high-quality service.
• Help create an exceptional experience for every customer.
