Job summary

San Tan Ford is seeking a motivated Quick Lane Service Technician to join our service team. You will perform essential maintenance and light repairs, including oil changes, fluid checks, and inspections, while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• Ford or ASE certification is a plus.
• Experience in automotive maintenance or repair preferred.
• Ability to identify issues quickly and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and other basic maintenance services.
• Inspect belts, filters, tires, and other vehicle components.
• Test and ensure systems and components are functioning properly.
• Diagnose issues accurately and repair or replace worn parts as needed.
• Maintain efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail on every job.
• Use power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
