Job summary

Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown is seeking an energetic Oil Change Technician to join our service team. This entry-level role offers training, tools, and support to help you grow a lasting automotive career within a busy dealership.

You'll perform oil and filter changes, inspect vehicles, and communicate concerns to advisors. Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right person and promote from within.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Check and top off fluids.
• Replace air and cabin filters.
• Test batteries and install replacements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate vehicle concerns to Service Advisors and Technicians.
• Follow all manufacturer and dealership procedures.
• Deliver a professional experience for every customer.
