Christ Church in New Jersey is seeking a Quest Teens Worship Coordinator who is passionate about worship and mentoring the next generation of teen leaders. This role is relational, creative, and full of impact. You’ll equip volunteer leaders, support teen worship teams, coordinate rehearsals and training, and partner with Quest Teens and Worship Ministry leadership.

A worship leader who loves Jesus, connects well with teenagers, and enjoys developing people. You’re relational, organized, encouraging, and comfortable working with both teens and adult volunteers.
You understand that strong worship ministry is about more than music — it’s about helping young people grow in faith, confidence, leadership, and using their gifts to serve others.
