Job summary

Global Enterprise Services, Llc is seeking an experienced Quest Migration Pro SME to lead enterprise Active Directory migrations for the DISA/DESA programs at Fort Meade. You will design, implement, and optimize large-scale user and device migrations using Quest Migration Manager and Quest Migrator Pro, coordinating with Identity, Endpoint, Security, and Program Management teams.

The role requires deep AD expertise, SID History, inter-forest trusts, PowerShell automation, and DoD STIG-aligned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience or Master's with 5-8 years.
7+ years supporting enterprise Microsoft Active Directory environments.
3+ years using Quest Migration Manager or Quest Migrator Pro.
Experience designing AD forest migrations and trusts.
Strong AD architecture knowledge and DNS/FSMO roles.
PowerShell scripting for migration automation and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, and execution of enterprise AD migrations using QMM/Quest Migrator Pro.
Develop migration runbooks, wave plans, and rollback procedures.
Configure Quest Migration Manager components and AD trusts.
Implement SID History migration with DoD security compliance.
Coordinate with MECM, Intune, Autopilot, Group Policy, and Windows deployment teams.
Prepare automation, validation, and reporting scripts in PowerShell.
Provide technical leadership during migration events and post-migration support.
