Essential Functions

• Implements daily lesson/activity plans.
• Supervises the teens and all activities.
• Makes ongoing, systematic observations and evaluations of each child.
• Maintains positive relationships and effective communication with parents.
• Maintains program site and equipment.
• Maintains required program records.
• Attends and participates in staff meetings, and staff training.
• Participates in the Annual Campaign and other fundraising efforts at the branch level.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equilavlent, some college preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• CPR, First Aid, AED certifications and Child Abuse prevention and Blood Borne Pathogens trainings within 30 days of hire.
• Previous experience working with children in a developmental setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs & bend, stand, sit, walk, run for extended periods of time.
