Job summary

MSI Quartz Brand Representative in Louisville, KY, drives brand awareness by visiting customer locations, conducting product knowledge seminars, and coordinating promotional materials. The role requires travel up to 50% and weekends/evenings as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in the stone/hard flooring sector, and the ability to train sales teams while maintaining accurate customer data and generating reports.

Qualifications

• High school education required; some college work completed preferred.
• Prior experience in the natural stone, tile, or hard flooring industry is preferred.
• Retail merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, extroverted personality, well-organized
• Provide high level of customer service
• Problem-solving skills with the habit of being proactive
• Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Previous experience using iPad, iPhone or smart phones would be helpful
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays
• Willingness to travel, up to 50% of travelling required

Responsibilities

• Promote MSI Quartz products to target customers.
• Visit builders, architects, designers, and kitchen dealers to promote products.
• Conduct product knowledge seminars at customer locations.
• Train customer sales teams on MSI product lines.
• Maintain accurate customer database and generate sales reports as needed.
• Attend trade shows, conventions, and onsite seminars.
• Work consistently with existing customers to retain and grow their business.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure appropriate levels of promotional materials.
• Increase brand awareness through strategic advertising placements.
• Perform additional duties as required or requested.
