Dal-Tile is looking for Production Operators to join our team. No experience is necessary as Dal-Tile will train you to succeed!

As a Production Operator, you will learn to:

1. Ensure safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment
2. Stock lines/machines with needed materials
3. Transport, weigh, and mix appropriate ingredients
4. Load/unload machines
5. Perform quality control checks
6. Monitor equipment or processes and report problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues
7. Support a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other team members

Preferred Skills:

1. Strong mechanical aptitude and work ethic
2. Ability to wear required PPE
