Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years prior experience in the aggregate industry preferred; experience in aggregate plant operation and maintenance a plus.
• Highly dependable, ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Prior experience operating mobile equipment (man reach, telehandler, skid steer, etc.) and machinery a plus.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communications with plant staff to ensure safe workflow.
• Perform grounds upkeep, organize parts.
• Assist in maintenance and area clean-up tasks.
• Occasional operation of small mobile equipment.
• Support roles as requested by supervision.
