Job summary

NESL in Pennsylvania is seeking a Plant Operator to operate quarry equipment and perform routine maintenance. The role includes creating daily production reports, meeting production schedules, and assisting across the quarry as needed.

You will identify daily and longer-term plant issues impacting production and on-time delivery, while learning more about the Materials & Aggregate Industry in PA. Growth opportunities and a focus on safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Team mindset and safety-focused.
• Willingness to travel to quarry sites within territory.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform routine maintenance on quarry equipment.
• Accurately create daily production reports, and meet production schedule.
• Assist in other areas of the quarry as necessary and perform other duties as assigned.
• Identify daily and long-term potential plant issues relative to production and on-time delivery.
• Learn more about the Materials & Aggregate Industry in PA.
