Quality Talent Group is seeking a maintenance technician for a prominent client in the building automation and industrial technology sector in Lakeside, OH. The role focuses on safety-driven mechanical maintenance, with responsibilities including ensuring a safe work environment and supporting facility safety initiatives.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience; welding is preferred, with the ability to lift 75 lbs and work all shifts

• Actively support key safety initiatives at the facility.
• Ensure all work areas and equipment are clean, tidy and organized at all times.
• Trains and coaches other employees when needed.
