Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a quarry or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow MSHA regulations.
• Able to operate loaders, excavators, haul trucks and related equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a variety of quarry equipment (front end loaders, excavators, haul trucks, dozers, graders).
• Maintain precise control and adapt to terrain and weather conditions.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Load/unload materials and support quarry operations.
• Assist in stockpile management, plant feeding, and site maintenance.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain haul roads and document equipment usage and tasks.
