Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator I (Haul Truck Driver) in Cave-In-Rock, IL. The role involves transporting materials within the quarry, operating trucks and loaders, and ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

You will inspect equipment each shift, report problems, and work with the crew to meet production needs in all weather. The position requires shift work, overtime, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience operating/maintaining heavy construction equipment as described.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work shift work, overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate haul trucks and other mobile equipment as required.
• Inspect equipment each shift and report issues.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Communicate needs to supervisor and adjust material blends as needed.
• Assist with loading, unloading and coordinating with quarry staff.
