The H&K Group, Douglassville Quarry, is seeking a Groundperson to support production and maintenance in a safety-focused team environment. A CDL is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to fit test and use PPE.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow MSHA and H&K safety policies.
• Work safely and professionally.
• Perform plant maintenance.
• Keep work areas clean.
• Learn plant functions and operations.
• Complete assigned tasks.
• Work in a team with site personnel.
• Cross-train to cover multiple plant roles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
