Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator - Quarry to support production and maintenance at the Dundee Quarry/Cem MI site. You will operate mobile equipment, monitor crushers and conveyors, and follow safe work practices.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience (welding a plus), and the ability to lift 75 lbs and work varying shifts in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years mechanical maintenance experience required; welding experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and work all shifts including weekends.
• Outdoor work in hot/cold conditions, moisture and dust; PPE required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor crushers, screens, and conveyors to optimize production.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
• Train and coach other employees when needed.
• Prioritize SAFETY, then QUALITY, followed by PRODUCTION.
