Explore research questions on quantum system performance with mentor guidance.
Design and run experiments on quantum processors to characterize performance.
Develop quantitative methods for benchmarking and error analysis.
Investigate error mitigation, suppression, and dynamic circuits for improved computation.
Collaborate across theory, software, and hardware teams to connect advances to demonstrations.
Document findings and develop workflows to enable reuse by others.
