Job summary

QuEra Computing in Boston, MA is seeking a Developer Relations Lead to grow its quantum software ecosystem. You will engage with researchers and engineers to help prototype, emulate, and run programs on neutral-atom hardware.

You will partner with Scientific Software, Applications, QEC, Education, Solutions, and Product teams to ensure materials stay accurate, useful, and aligned with platform evolution, while representing QuEra at conferences and community events.

Qualifications

• Experience in developer relations or related technical role.
• Hands-on Python coding experience in scientific/research contexts.
• Quantum computing background to communicate with researchers and advanced users.
• Track record of creating technical content like tutorials, docs, examples, talks.
• Ability to read/modify nontrivial codebases and collaborate via GitHub workflows.
• Comfort with ambiguity in evolving software APIs and hardware capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the open-source developer community around QuEra's tools.
• Develop and maintain code examples and reference workflows for fault-tolerant quantum computing concepts.
• Maintain developer-focused tutorials, guides, and documentation paths for easy onboarding and usage.
• Represent QuEra at conferences, hackathons, tutorials, trainings, and open-source events.
• Collect structured feedback from users and translate it into actionable product insights.
