Job summary

QuEra Computing Inc. is seeking a Developer Relations Lead to grow our developer ecosystem around neutral-atom quantum computing.

You will guide the community from first contact through productive software workflows, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure accurate, useful, and up-to-date materials. You will represent QuEra at conferences and events, organize hands-on activities, and help collect structured feedback to shape the platform’s evolution.

Qualifications

Experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, scientific software, technical education, open-source community building, or a closely related technical role.
Hands-on experience writing code in Python, preferably in scientific or research computing contexts.
Quantum computing background sufficient to communicate credibly with researchers, application scientists, and advanced users.

Responsibilities

Own the open-source developer community: Manage and grow the community around QuEra’s open-source software tools.
Build examples and reference workflows for fault-tolerant quantum computing.
Maintain tutorials, guides, and documentation paths for installing SDKs and running examples.
Run developer-facing programs at conferences, hackathons, tutorials, trainings, and open-source events.
Bring developer feedback back into the company: create user stories and minimal reproducible examples.
