IBM is seeking an IBM Quantum Sales Operations Intern to help move opportunities from initiation through execution. You will support the sales cycle, maintain data, and prepare client-facing materials with cross-functional teams.

You will gain hands-on experience in enterprise sales, data analytics, and deal execution while collaborating with IBM Quantum sellers to improve efficiency and the sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales team in managing opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Track opportunities, deals, follow-up actions.
• Maintain customer, opportunity, and sales data across systems.
• Help maintain sales reports and dashboards.
• Research customers and markets to provide insights.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
• Collaborate with Finance, Contracts, Legal, Tax and client teams.
• Ensure action items are tracked to completion.
