You will coordinate with engineers to fabricate prototype quantum devices, run DOE experiments, analyze data, and report findings to leadership.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, problem solving, and qualification support for new superconducting offerings, with direct customer interaction when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's or PhD in engineering fields.
• 3–6 years of experience or new PhD graduate.
• Demonstrated knowledge of microelectronic device fabrication.
• Ability to work across teams and communicate data clearly.
• A drive to solve problems and improve processes.
• Experience with DOE, SPC, and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with process and tool engineers to fabricate prototype quantum devices.
• Participate in problem-solving meetings to resolve tech issues.
• Plan and run experiments for device characterization and improvement.
• Analyze and report experimental results to the team.
• Document improvements through Change Control processes.
• Support qualification milestones for new superconducting offerings.
• Interface with customers on technical requests.
