Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Quantum Integration Engineer (PMTS) to be a senior technical contributor driving integration across device, BEOL, photonics, packaging, and cryogenic interfaces for scalable quantum computing.

You will lead architecture decisions, set experimental roadmaps, and collaborate with manufacturing, reliability, modeling, and external partners to translate quantum concepts into manufacturable technologies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of semiconductor process integration or related experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical programs.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of semiconductor integration architectures for quantum computing platforms.
• Define integration strategies across BEOL routing, photonics interfaces, and advanced packaging.
• Collaborate across device engineering, manufacturing, reliability, modeling, and packaging.
• Translate quantum system requirements into concrete technology plans.
• Support customer engagements through technical presentations and program reviews.
