Job summary

Yale University in New Haven is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Quantum CT Use Inspired Research Strategy, coordinating with the Executive Director and senior teams to advance program goals. The role involves building collaborations across Yale, UCONN, industry partners, and other CT institutions, managing grant programs, and aligning research priorities with the Quantum CT ecosystem.

Qualifications

Experience in strategic relationship development and donor/corporate relations.
Demonstrated project management skills with ability to design programs.
Strong listening skills to analyze issues and present concise recommendations.
Excellent oral and written communication for varied audiences.
Strong organizational, time management and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee program advancement, set strategy and goals, publish information to raise awareness and support.
Collaborate with leadership and colleagues to develop and implement strategic plans.
Identify and cultivate community partnerships; measure grant success.
Identify potential funding sources and contribute to grant proposals and budgets.
Develop program administrative infrastructure and manage HR, staff, and facilities.
Develop systems to track program activities and report progress to leadership.
Lead program communications and manage website/editorial content.
Perform other duties as assigned.
