Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes experimental activities, data analyses, and dissemination of findings.
• Develops new ideas for research proposals within the group.
• Creates an Individual Development Plan with a faculty mentor.
• Generates revenue by securing grants and participates in career development programs.
• Prepares project budgets and ensures funds are used appropriately.
• Maintains records and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
• Establishes working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Engages in research and publication.
