• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software, measurement techniques, and contract administration (e.g., NEC, FIDIC).
• Strong understanding of construction economics, market rates, and tendering processes.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, and financial control, ensuring that projects remain financially viable and profitable. This position requires a meticulous approach to financial management and a deep understanding of construction contracts and economics.
