Job summary

Belvedere Trading in Chicago offers a Quantitative Trading Internship where you rotate between trading desks and collaborate with Developers and Strategists to improve our systems. Interns learn trading logic development, electronic trading strategies, and quantitative research, while gaining hands-on experience with our BTU program and practical training.

Responsibilities

Daily trading activities – Assist with analyzing daily trades and recapping significant trends
Rotations – Rotate between product groups to gain a broad understanding and knowledge of the market and Belvedere’s trading strategies
Desk strategy – Engage in daily collaborative strategy adjustments with your team to adapt to market dynamics
Research – Participate in quantitative research and the application of quantitative strategies while learning concepts behind our core market making operations
Data Analysis – Analyze extensive datasets to extract insights that bolster our trading strategies
Training – Benefit from our industry-leading BTU program, complemented by ongoing practical training within our trading operations, covering a spectrum from foundational knowledge to advanced proprietary concepts.
