Job summary

Belvedere Trading in Chicago offers a Software Engineer Intern role open to college juniors. You will work directly with engineers to contribute to low-latency, high-performance trading systems and participate in all stages of the development lifecycle.

The BTU program provides in-house learning and development, with opportunities to design, implement, and debug complex trading applications while learning the fundamentals of trading.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a college degree in CS/SE while interning.
• Interest in finance and trading; enthusiasm for tech.
• Experience with OO languages (C++, C#, Java) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with full-time engineers to design and debug trading applications.
• Participate in all phases of software development from design to testing to deployment.
• Communicate progress and blockers to project managers and team leads.
