Job summary

DRW invites motivated students to join the Quantitative Trading Analyst Micro-Intern program in Chicago. You will work on small teams to combine technology, research, and risk management to identify trading strategies within regulatory guidelines.

You will collaborate with senior traders and researchers, apply market research techniques, and present outcomes to DRW leadership at the end of the internship. Housing and mentorship opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Python and ability to work in fast-paced, team-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior traders, technologists and researchers on trading strategies.
• Research market data and apply analytic techniques to develop insights.
• Track positions, assess risk and analyze theoretical values for decision making.
• Present results to senior leadership at DRW at program end.
