Job summary

Old Mission is a global proprietary trading firm that leverages state‑of‑the‑art technology to identify and execute profitable trading strategies across multiple asset classes. The junior trader will work in a team, applying disciplined decision making, risk management, and derivative pricing to profitably trade mispriced securities.

You will research new opportunities, contribute immediately to business growth, and operate within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, engineering, or one of the hard sciences.
• Proficiency with at least one of the following languages: Python or C++.
• Ability to work and solve problems as part of a team, often in a high-pressure environment.
• Proven trustworthiness and performance under the highest ethical standards.
• A strong desire for knowledge and to understand how things work.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Base Salary
