Job summary

Venture Search, partnering with a Tier 1 proprietary trading firm, seeks a Systematic Credit Trader to join its New York Fixed Income desk. You will develop and scale systematic trading strategies across IG, HY and fixed income ETFs, collaborating with researchers, developers and traders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience trading systematic strategies across IG, HY, and/or Fixed Income ETFs.
• Background in a prop trading firm, hedge fund, market maker or investment bank.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative trading, electronic execution and market microstructure.
• Excellent Python skills and a strong quantitative mindset.
• Demonstrated track record developing and managing profitable systematic trading strategies.
• Strong communication and collaborative, fast-paced workstyle.

Venture Search is partnered with a Tier 1 proprietary trading firm looking to hire a Systematic Credit Trader to join its growing Fixed Income business in New York.

We're looking to speak with experienced systematic traders with expertise across Investment Grade (IG) Credit, High Yield (HY) Credit and/or Fixed Income ETFs. This is an opportunity to join a market-leading trading platform, working alongside world-class researchers, traders and technologists to develop and scale systematic trading strategies.

The Role
