Collectors seeks a Quantitative Scientist, Forecasting & Demand Planning to build the core modeling capability for its growth. You will work with a small, early-stage team to model valuations across cards, coins, comics, and other collectibles.

You will ship real models, improve forecasting, and collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and operations to inform pricing and capacity planning. This role offers significant growth in a data-driven, archival datasets environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in quantitative finance/data science with pricing or valuation experience.
• Solid ML fundamentals with production experience.
• Strong Python and SQL with large datasets.
• Financial modeling basics: time series, scenario analysis, asset pricing.
• Experience building time series or demand forecasts.
• Production mindset: model reliability, monitoring, drift detection.
• Comfort with ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
• Ownership to scope and ship defined problems.
• Clear communication of models and results.

Responsabilités

• Modeling & Production: leverage proprietary data and deploy models with monitoring.
• Financial Forecasting: build models forecasting market dynamics and pricing trends across collectibles.
• Team & Collaboration: join Quantitative Sciences and contribute to roadmap and standards.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to turn needs into modeling work.
