Job summary

TIAA is seeking a Quantitative Risk Management Senior Associate in Dallas, TX to deliver end-to-end risk solutions, from data analysis and model development to reporting. You will design dashboards for risk visibility and engage with the Investment Risk team as a trusted SME, leveraging AI/Gen AI to automate workflows.

Ideal candidates have a University degree and 3+ years of risk experience (5+ preferred), with strong SQL and Python skills and experience building/ validating models for risk

Job description

The Quantitative Risk Management Senior Associate delivers end-to-end risk solutions for Financial Risk Managers, from data analysis, model review/development and reporting. The role combines deep risk domain expertise with modern technical capabilities to build, validate, and operationalize solutions that support the organization's efforts to identify and manage risk.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Build/Maintain end-to-end quantitative risk solutions for Financial Risk Managers, spanning data sourcing and analysis, model review/development, and reporting.
  • Design and deliver dashboards and reporting to give Financial Risk Managers clear, actionable visibility into risk metrics and exposures.
  • Engage independently with the Investment Risk team as a trusted SME.
  • Applies strong technical proficiency, including experience with AI and Generative AI technologies, to help modernize and automate analytical workflows.

Base Pay Range:

Base Pay Range: $86,100/yr - $129,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
